Meet your Mara Villa Coordinator at your Initial Consult:

Your coordinator will reach out to you by phone and email at least 60 days prior to your Event to schedule the Initial Consult. During this meeting, your coordinator will walk you through the Mara Villa Planning Worksheet – a document meant to help outline the details of your event day.

Schedule Your Rehearsal (if applicable):

Your coordinator will prompt you to schedule your rehearsal or to confirm a time that you have already set up with your Mara Villa Representative.

• If on an event day, your rehearsal must be completed at least 2 hours prior to that day’s
