- Saturday Peak Wedding Season Site Fee at Mara Villa: $4,900
- Starting with a sumptuous Premium catered dinner and appetizer package for 100 guests: $45 per guest, totaling $4,500
- Premium Bar Package including four hours of service for 100 guests: $12 per guest, or $1200 total. Please note, we do not provide the alcohol itself – you are able to source your own spirits from wherever you’d like.
- A stunning venue with exclusive access, tables, chairs, linens, tabletop, staffing and ballroom seating: All included!
The total expense for the reception, before any additional vendors, would be $11,475 averaging at $115 per guest inclusive of tax.
Scenario 2: A Casual Thursday Wedding for 75 Guests
- Thursday Non-Peak Site Fee at Mara Villa: $2,900
- Opt for a Primary Buffet dinner service experience for your 75 guests at a price of $35 per guest, amounting to $2,625
- Primary beverage services including unlimited sodas for four hours: $6 per guest, or $450
- A stunning venue with exclusive access, tables, chairs, linens, tabletop, staffing and ballroom seating: All included!
In this scenario, the total reception expense, before any additional vendors, would be $6,468 averaging at $82 per guest.
