• Unlimited communication as needed
• Initial consult scheduled 6-8 weeks before your event (approx. 90 min)
• Final consult scheduled 2-3 weeks before your event (approx. 60 min)
• Mara Villa’s Planning Worksheet to guide you through all major event decisions
• Comprehensive timeline and floorplan
• Coordination of all event professionals on the day of and week leading up to your event
• Coordination of onsite rehearsal the day before or day of your event based on venue’s availability
• Onsite supervision of your ceremony and reception, beginning 3 hours before your event
